Why do I still feel tired after eating healthy?!


Question: Why do I still feel tired after eating healthy?
I ate barley soup with
carrots, peas, onions, cabbage, celery and parsley
felt tired 25-30 min after

then I had organic cocoa power tea
felt very tired after and during

now I just ate spinach and hummus
again feeling like I could sleep.

last time my glucose was tested at the doc, it was at 70.

Whats wrong with me?

I take it you jsut started this new diet, well if that is the case, it will take more than one day for you to feel the effects of what healthy food can do you for you. If you stick to a consistent healthy daily diet, you will reap the benefits and feel the energy eventually.



Your body is just detoxing itself of the sugar/bad food its used too. If you stick with it you'll feel more energized than you ever did. Try eating a cliff or power bar to help boost your energy.



your body it probaly just trying to get use to the new diet you're giving it. you should try and give your body a treat every few days also:)x
