Question: Is it normal for my... ?
Is it normal for my nipples to never get hard? When I get a chill they barely poke out. Normally they seem to be pushed into my breasts like a belly button. Is that normal?

Sounds like inverted nipples to me... They're usually harmless and don't cause any real issues, except maybe if you wanted to breastfeed your children.
