It is likely to be noticeable but it depends a great deal on other factors than just the size of your breasts. For example, If you are wearing a heavier shirt it will be less noticeable than if you were wearing a t-shirt (or topless). Studies have been done and there are still differing opinions as to the effects of going bra-less. Many of the studies show it has no effect on the shape / sag of the breast. Others indicate that it actually helps tone the muscles under the breast helping to make them more shapely, Others indicate long term effects may result in sagging (but most of these include women who have had children, which significantly changes the breast.
What it boils down to is more of your own self image. If you are comfortable without a bra and your self appearance then go ahead.
The only thing obvious about it would be your breasts sagging to your knees.
Braless and perky is a very nice look. Be comfortable and look good at the same time! Why not?
