why do I get so easily "wet"?!

Question: Why do I get so easily "wet"?

A guy I like doesn't even have to touch me, he can just say something flirty and... "that" will happen. And I know the difference between normal fluids down there or infections... I'm talking about "that"! Is there a reason? Is it normal?
