Question: I want to get thin by spring break (first week in April), is it possible?
i have a slim in 6 vid, but i dont have any time to do it when i get home from soccer and school.



can i acheive my goal?

Depending on the amount you want to lose, it's possible. You might not be the fittest person but you'll look good if you're close to your goal already. 70% of losing weight it your diet. Only 30% is exercise. If you're going to school and soccer practice you should be getting great exercise. I suggest you switch to snacking on vegetables and fruits such as bananas and oranges. Also, eat 6 small meals throughout the day instead of 3 larger ones. This will keep your metabolism up and burning fat.

I've recently been studying a lot of diet/weight lifting methods.



depends on how much you want to lose. if its 10 lbs yeah you can do it. if its 50 lbs then no not without starving yourself. actually if you want to lose anything above 10 lbs you cant do it by the first week of april and stay healthy enough to play soccer.



Tapeworms. Get them online from Mexico. You can eat whatever you want and still lose weight. I lost thirty pounds in a month. It sounds gross, but if you want to slum down without doing anything, it's ideal



My little tips of adviceness

-dont overload on the junkfood, eat right, drink water, and eat enough.

-keep exercising (soccer) but dont over do it

Take it slow.
