well im not pregnant...
everytime im about to get my period my breast get really sore...
i just wanna know how to relief them

message them, and don't wea a bra or any rough shirts that your breasts will rub against that will get them irritated. I hate when that happens..

cut down on the caffeine, drink plenty of water and use warm compresses.
