Discharge and sweating problems? Re-asked as I got know answers ?!

Question: Discharge and sweating problems? Re-asked as I got know answers ?
This is a tad long but too long...

So i have my period, i am 13.

I get discharge everyday! often it just make my pants wet and feeling yucky, sometimes its in clumps and white looking. But when i play sport i get heaps and i mean heaps, its often after netball and sometimes even a tiny bit after swimming. The pocket like part of my undies after netball or rowing it nearly all wet, and i sweat alot down there too so i might have bits near wear my bottom is.
Also i sweat alot, on my back, forehead, armpits (i know thats normal) under my knees, (if during school and i take off my yucky brown school shoes, i have to wear, i have sweat on my toes) and sometimes down near my bottom and i get a mix of discharge and sweat.

Is this amount of discharge and sweat normal?
Beside providing extra protection when you get your period, what it the pocket like thing for and why is one end open and the other not?
What deodorant should i use?
How can i stop sweating in other places? could it be because i don't drink water as it tastes bad, i have cordial instead?
Anyone having the same sort of problem?

Any help or suggestions would be great :)
P.S hope this makes sense there might not be many commas so need to space it out your self.

Answers:

First off, get yourself some thin panty liners. It's like a second lining for your undies. Keep some in your bag and if you feel a little damp and uncomfortable, you can change the liner so you feel fresh and dry again.
You should get used to drinking water because it is so good for You, and your kidneys need it to filter out waste effectively.
You should use an anti perspirant deodorant, there are clinical protection ones that are a little more expensive than The normal ones but apparently work pretty good.
As for the sweating down there, see if you can get some breathable undies - natural fibres like cotton and not synthetic ones.
I know you're only 13 and it seems like a lot to do, but maybe ask your mum or a female relative to help you buy those few things to see if it helps.
Good luck!

Street art is right there is no other answer to your question..

Yes this is fine , I haven't had my period yet ( im 12 ) , and i get tons of discharge . But look out for these:

White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.

Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.

Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.

Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.

Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown.

Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle. Sometimes early in pregnancy you may have spotting or a brownish discharge at the time your period would normally come. If you have spotting at the time of your normal period rather than your usual amount of flow, and you have had sex without using birth control, you should check a pregnancy test.

Your thirteen and going through puberty, its all normal. Some worse that others, and apparently your the worse one, don't worry - so was I. Its really annoying. But if you really want it to stop then start drinking water, not only is it good for you the cordial has calories and chemicals that won't help with your hormones. Also getting lots of discharge just means your period is coming or its there and its heavy - just a weird and annoying way of keeping yourself clean. When it comes to sweating avoid wearing too much cotton type clothing and too many clothes. Also use deodorant about three-four times a day if its hot. in the morning after shower, randomly at school and at night. But its just a phase, as you'll grow up your body will change and get used to all this.
Good Luck. xxx
