Answers:

yeah it's normal, some think that there is something in it that helps us but IDK sometimes i crave cookies or brownies or fudge sundaes.lol

I have heard of a lot of women craving chocolate when they are hormonal. I don't....I just crave it all the time! Joking aside, you could try eating good quality chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa in. The theory is that because of the high cocoa content, you need to eat less to satisfy the craving, thus less weight gain.

Completely normal! In fact the only way i know mine is coming is because i crave orange juice. As long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle once a month craving chocolate is absolutely fine, and give into the craving, try dark chocolate, it has zero calories, and medically speaking can actually be good for you!

Yh many things happen during period and sometimes even before period...
such as: headache, back pain, ...
u might also get angry easily ...
I know some of my friends r suffering from periods ..
so good for u it's chocolate...
u can eat those chocolates with the least calories yet they taste well...
maybe dark chocolate if u like it

It's completely normal so don't worry

Same here but I control it

Ummm. I think I'm guy and I don't know
