Yes, having some pretty bad cramps right now. :-(

OTC use ipuprophen (Advil, Motrin, etc...) it was dsigned with cramps in mind! You can take 2400 mgs. a day! start with 3 or 4 200 mg. pills. It can be hard on the stomach.
Many female meds have it in mixture w/other compounds...
I don t really like to take pills.
Herbal remedies is the way I handle these kinds of problems.
I always drink warm chamomile tea.
Try Takin Advil, it always works for me.
pamprin always helps me.
