I'm on my period, is it normal for me to have these mood swings with my bf?!

Question: I'm on my period, is it normal for me to have these mood swings with my bf?
We've been together over a year and every time i'm on my perios we always argue. sometimes I am so loving and caring on it but the majority of the time i feel negative about the relationship and constantly stir arguements. I get so angry and crack up at him then storm off crying. is this even normal? how can i stop? I'm in my late teens.

Your hormones are likely the cause of your mood swings and it is not unheard of for women to be overly cranky during their time of the month. Look up PMS!!

For starters, you can try taking midol or another over the counter to help you battle the PMS, but if that doesnt work - see your doctor. Your hormones can be regulated through birth control and should help your mood along with other problems like cramps. If you are already on birth control, seriously consider switching to another brand that makes you feel more emotionally stable while you are on your period.

Yeah it's normal you can feel like that. Umm you can ask a doctor to give you a medicine to help control your anger and change of attitude.

yes its common. your boyfriend has to stay out your way for now on, i usually end up throw stuff at my boyfriend and now he stays out my way every month,

Its just your hormones.
