It's unrealistic to expect to drop that much weight in only 3 months. You can drop quite a lot, though.

Step 1: Go to http://www.livestrong.com . Use the dailyplate feature to start tracking your calories. It will even tell you how many you need to eat to lose a safe and healthy 2 pounds a week.

Step 2: Gradually cut out sodas, sweets, and salty snacks. Do it bit by bit, as you're ready. If you do it all at once, you'll be unhappy and will continue to binge on them. Replace it all with more lean meats, nuts, fruits, and veggies. These foods will taste better and better as you stop killing your tastebuds with sugar excesses.

Step 3: Go for a longer walk every day, but try to do it in the same amount of time. Eventually you'll have to start jogging slowly, and then running to continue to beat your record.

Remember... start where you're at. Don't expect to suddenly be a tiny-sized, healthy-eating, highly-active fitness guru in just 3 months. Instead, make the changes bit by bit. You WILL slowly shrink, you WILL get healthier and feel better, you WILL be able to run farther and faster, but it won't happen overnight. Accept right now that you have the ability to change yourself.

I've lost about 3 sizes (18 to 12) in about 5 months. (Perhaps could have happened faster, but I stayed the same and lost no weight all around the holiday season.)

Hey there!! Don't get discouraged...think positive!
The first thing you want to look at is your diet. Start eating smaller more frequent meals and cut out your sugars. Not ALL sugar, but most. Also, start a workout routine and do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. After about a week or so, start adding about 10 to 20 minutes of weight training. Jillian Micheals 30 day shred dvd is a great workout and its really easy to follow!
This is really going to blast the fat and you will start seeing results quick! Stick with this and be consistent. There is no fast way to lose weight unless you do it the safe and healthy way!
It has to be a life style change!
Check with your dr to make sure you are healthy enough to start a work out and diet routine.
Good luck to you...and please keep me updated! :)

Alright, so, I am 13 years old and overweight. I decided about 2 weeks ago that I was going to lose 50 pounds. I'm on the low carb diet (not very many carbs. eat more fats and proteins). I have lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I work out everyday. I know how hard it is to be doing this. It takes dedication and hard work. No matter what anyone else says, keep your head up high and keep going. They can keep telling you stuff once you look amazing. Just know, its a journey and its not always going to be easy. But nothing in life is successfully done with no hard work. Also, remember, you aren't the only one in this world that is wanting to lose weight at theis moment. I'm on this journey too, and it really isn't as hard as it seems.

GOOD LUCK! (:

That will be very hard. I don't think you can shift that amount by may but eat lots and lots of fruits and vegetables and nothing else only drink water and milk and exercise as much as you possibly can do sit ups in your bed room and join a gym.It will be very hard but you will love yourself afterwards

Honestly, just eat less and move more. Whatever you're eating now, only eat half of it. And however much exercise you're doing, do ten times that. The fat will drop off of you, I promise.

eat less. exercise.

eat healthy babe! and exercise

Love u babe s3xy
