No, no, no. The exercise helps the flow slow or stop. Not the cramping. :\
Exercise helps cramping, as long as it's *gentle* exercise.
Take some aleve every couple of hours to stay on top of the pain (Don't over do it)
maybe when you play soccer , it is too much exercise? and too jumpy?
