First of all, I've had sweating problem since I was a kid, and it got worst when I turned 50. I've always been sensitive to being outdoors because I can't stand the heat.

You're sweating, and wearing baggy shirts? Why not try wearing something more 'cooler' lightweight fabric, sleeveless & nothing heavy, and dressed in layers so you can take them off when you get hot. Bring a fan if you have to. I've seen men as well as women dressed in shorts even if it's 30 below because they're HOT.

As long as your nails, hair are growing normally and the rest of you are healthy, sweating is just part of a normal life and the rest of you is healthy.

I'm almost 60 now and as healthy as a horse.

Use an antiperspirant that has aluminum chloride as an ingredient because it's an active ingredient that blocks your sweat glands.

Using antiperspirants and deodorants is just covering up the symptoms of your problem. You need to cure the cause of your sweating.

Unless you have a medical problem, your sweating is most likely caused by nervousness and not having enough self confidence.

So to cure the problem you will have to find a way to stay calm and increase your self confidence.

Try visiting the relaxation site it has pages on relaxation, self confidence and even meditation. Also visit the blog, you may find something to help

I went through the same thing when I was in high school. I never did find a deoderant that worked for me and I eventually grew out of it in my 20's ( I suppose it was a hormone thing). I do know of a simple outpatient procedure where they pinch some of your sweat glands (I've heard it's painless) so you do not sweat as much.

try the clinical strength I believe secret has one. Also, go to the doctor to get checked out. It could be anything, better safe than sorry!

Yes, secret clinical strength works REALLY well. (:
