It makes no difference at all to your periods.

GP for more years than I care to remember

I HAVE to drink alot of water when I am on my period so i don't get super sick and dizzy. I don't have a messy period so it doesn't really affect me.

You can drink water on your period. It won't affect the blood flow. Water goes to your bladder, so it will make you pee more, but i doubt you'll see a noticeable change in the amount of blood coming out.

water is very important while having your monthly period. It keeps everything movign along, and helps flush out all the stuff you need to get rid of.

drinking a lot of water will neither make your period any better or any worse, so go ahead and drink as much as you like :)

Of course you can! No, water does not effect it at all!

oh for goodness sake, use your brain. Look up how your kidneys work.

drink away, it does not thin your blood.

I don't think so, I've never heard anything like this before, and I've had it for about 15 years now!

uhhhm no lol. alcohol might though because it is a blood thinner. Water does not,

No it doesnt, its a myth!
