Hey hun no if you feel ok and do not have any of the symptoms and signs of tss and the tampon is out then your fine. However prob good idea to not do it again. I know they say 4 hours, have gone over five and is ok but def would not go longer then that.
SO as long as you don't have any the following fun things; high fever, rash that looks like sunburn, headaches, muscle ache and or watery diarrhoea then in the clear
Reading some articles and stuff on it looks like it was linked primarily to certain brand that is no longer available to buy but theoretically risk is still there

I'm sure your fine! I would worry about it if you did it all the time, I don't think that's healthy. But once in a while is nothing to worry about :)
