It depends if its on the entrance of the whole of the Va JJ...or is it in the lips of the V JJ. If its on the lips of the VJJ it could be clogged hair bumps they can get very sore but if you take a Hot Wash cloth and hold it on there a could of times a night then it would come to a head and it will pop.
