why am i not changing. i feel like nothing is happening?!

Question: Why am i not changing. i feel like nothing is happening?
ok this is a exercise question.
so i am having problems with my weight. i don't look fat on the outside, to my friends they think that i look fine, my problem is that i have this little bit of fat hanging over a few cms over like my school skirt or my jeans etc... i am a 15 year old girl and weigh 62.7kgs and i am 172cms tall.
here is what exercise i do everyday: (this is a typical week for me)
Monday: 20 minute run during my lunch break with the school running squad. BMX for at least 3 hours after school.
Tuesday: Swimming in the morning for at least an hour. Nothing after school.
Wednesday: 20 minute run during my lunch break. BMX for 4 hours
Thursday: Gymnastics for an hour.
Friday: BMX for 3 hours or a 30 minute run
Saturday: Nothing
Sunday: Nothing

i walk to school and home from school everyday which is about 3kms.
i eat healthily, but why am i not losing the last of my fattyness?

please help!

Answers:

okay, first of all, it sounds like you are extremely active and that's great! However, the best exercise for losing weight is running. Although you are running three times a week, by running more than 30 minutes at a time, you will start to burn intracellular fats, where as less then 30 will burn those extra cellular fats. Please please don't take this to the extreme though. As girls we are suppose to have a layer of fat, it's important for childbearing. By the sounds of it, that "extra" bit of fat is completely normal and healthy. I can understand your desire for it to be gone, but don't let it control your life. Do some core exercises, they will help turn that fat into muscle! Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and nuts. Nuts also help burn those fats around the stomach. Another great food is berries (black berries, raspberries and blueberries) think antioxidants! Just keep eating healthy :)

do ab workouts. They really work
