Last month and this month been having a mucousy discharge from my v Jay wonder what it could be also last month I was supposed to start my period the 21 didn't start till Feb 1

it sounds like you're ovulating lady! Ovulation produces a snot like discharge that is odorless. It just means that you're very fertile (So use contriceptives!) . I also get a very mucousy discharge after my period when I ovulate. I didn't always have this but it became more noticeable as I got older. As long as it doesn't stink you'll be fine. And if you're sexually active you that could be why your period is being weird.
