Which part of the 34A feels tight? The band around you? If so, you need to go up to a 36, but with an underbust measurement of 30 you should need a 32 or 34 band, depending how stretchy the material is. An A cup is a difference of 1 inch between the bust and underbust measurements, so an A would be too small. You need a 32C or 34B.

Well first off, one of the most common problems with bras is measuring under the bust. Your supposed to measure under the arms, at the very top part where your breasts start to go out (not really sure how to phrase that... lol). It sounds like you would be a 30C possibly. Now, go to the store and try on a couple bras around that size range.

I recommend you go to a Macy's, they generally have a good selection. The brands also have different shapes, which can be an important factor. I am a 38C and I get my bras at Victoria's Secret and Macy's (I like Maidenform at Macy's).

I think, because this is what I do and it works very well, you should get a couple bras from different places. A couple nice bras, two or three, from somewhere like Victoria's Secret. Of course, if you can afford it, getting all your bras at Victoria's Secret would be awesome because their bras are VERY nice. I have about five-six others, those are from Maidenform at Macy's.

So basically, follow the measurement instruction and try some on. If they are not comfortable, go up a band size, down a band size, up or down a cup size... whatever feels right to you. Good luck!

Much experience with changing bra sizes, already gone from 38A-36B-38C... So yeah, Good luck!!

hello
well i`m a female and more over i`m a gynaecologist.
so i came across this problem when i was in late teens.
the calculator was saying something and what i measure is something.
so i went to the store and bought the both sizes and then i wore.
so i would say go to the store and try some of them. then in which one you feel more comfortable buy it.
if you have any doubts mail me at drsanjana01@gmail.com
don`t feel shy to mail...

i`m a female doctor

My advice would be just go to a store and try on bras until you find the right one to fit you. Just because you may fit into one size at Store A, doesn't mean you will fit into the same size at Store B. Just find one that will be comfortable for you to wear.

PLZ GO TO A STORE AND GET IT MEASURED :D
