does it hurt to have sex for the first time?!

Question: Does it hurt to have sex for the first time?
does it hurt? does it feel good with a guy you really like? i need ALL your opinions and advice on what i need to learn what to do to prepare myself for the first time.. do i need to be "wet"? if so, how wet do i need to be for it not to hurt?

Answers:

Does it hurt? → It can. Depends on what type of hymen you have, the size of his penis, how nervous you are, and how wet you are.

Does is feel good with a guy you really like?→ It is possible to have amazing sex with a total stranger. A one night stand can be great. However, I would say that it does tend to feel better both physically & emotionall when you are with someone you know that loves you back.

Do you need to be wet?→ Being "wet" is a physical response to being sexually stimulated. It means you're aroused. It is a good idea to be sexually aroused if you plan on having sex.
If you try to have sex when you're dry.......omg, there aren't words to describe how bad that would hurt.

What is lube? → Lubricants are usually water based gels that you & the person you are having sex with rub on your genitals before having sex. They act pretty much just like the cervical mucus or "wet" that your body naturally creates.
Friction between the vaginal tissues & the skin of the penis are what make sex feel good. That's what all the in & out, rubbing, moving around is about. Yet, too much friction on such delicate tissues can be painful. For either a woman or a man. This is why lubricant is important. It's like the difference between a water slide and a slide made out of sandpaper. One works & one just really doesn't.

There's allot to cover with sex ed. There's anatomy and the mechanics of what goes on. Then there are the possible adult consequences that just can't be stressed enough. Did you know that when a woman gives birth her vagina can tear? That inch or so of skin between the vagina & the anus can tear. In fact some doctors cut it on purpose to avoid the tearing. They have to sew you up if you tear.
To avoid these consequences of disease or pregnancy we've invented contraceptives. There's allot of information about that too.
And then there's the information no on else is going to tell you like how to make sex feel good and the common infections that women can get from sex that are NOT stds. I'm talking about Bladder infections, UTI, BV, and yeast infections.
Then there's all the stuff no one can tell you like whether or not you're ready and what having sex will mean for you spiritually. Here are some links to get you started. If you want more email me through yahoo answers. GL....gawd, I'm tired. It's 3am here.

Just make sure you let him touch you a lot before you try, you'll know when you're wet enough for it to be easier. Personally, my first time didn't hurt all that much at the time, but I was pretty sore down there for a few days after and continued to feel that way the next few times I had sex. Don't worry girlfran, you'll enjoy it if you like the fella and he knows what he's doing, if he doesn't just make him touch you in a nice manner until you feel ready to take the plunge... get it.

It can. You have to be aroused, wet, and as relaxed as possible. You can break your hymen (if you still have one, sometimes they tear from regular life activities) ahead of time and masturbate with a dildo or brush handle, etc. to get used to the feeling of penetration and get over the pain in private, so your first time is more enjoyable.

You do need to be pretty wet but not just for the first time. It might hurt. It just depends from person to person. USE A CONDOM. Thats all I have to say.

It can be uncomfortable but if you use lubricant or baby oil this will help, it only feels like this for the 1st time, Durex do a great range of lubricants

You can't do anything, for the very first time you will have the bleeding and heavy pain.

have good foreplay more than a hour then you do not get any hurt.
