Well, it kinda depends on how old you are. If you're still a teenager, you've probably still got some growing to do, but if your thin and have a family history of small breasted women, who knows, you'll likely end up with small boobs.
Having said that...I'm 25 and 34B. I didn't even GET boobs until I was 16. I have no problem with the size of my boobs. I'm very active in swimming, tennis, volleyball so they don't 'get in the way". Also, if I choose, I can go out without even wearing a bra and not feel like I'm going to "pop out" of anything. AND, with the right bra, even small boobs can LOOK bigger. I love to wear my miracle bra with my 'booby shirt" LOL.
Also, there are lots of guys out there that LIKE girls with smaller boobs (my bf is one of them - funny how that works out).
Be happy with what you have, I have gfs that say big boobs aren't always better.

What the hell girl? 32B is not small, 32B is just perfect, just don't go with fake boobs please just because you're in a contest with other girls at the mall with your big lack of confidence, we good men don't respect that and we hate fake girls.
Unless you want a man who's attractive to big fake boobs, trust me you're fine.

Yours are on the smaller side but then thee will be those with smaller. What do you mean buy what should you do? Accept who you are and learn to love yourself for what you are. People come in all sizes and shapes and all different sizes and shapes appeal to different people. Trust me as a man many men like woman with a smaller chest.
Not really, You left out your age. I'm sure your still growing. If your still a "Teen" then you have nothing to really fear. Your boobs will fill in over time. If your that unhappy with them tho I guess you can go get fake boobs... But Imo that sound just nice =)
They sound perfect to me, lets put it this way, no man would refuse to play with them, have them rubbed in his face. Boobs are as good as the person who has them.

It would depend on your build. If you are thin then no. Overweight then yes...
