if i rang up my doctors and asked for an appointment will they give it me for free?

Not sure how it is over there. But in the US you can go to a free clinic and if you say you cant afford it then yes they will for free. But they only do that at planned parenthood clinics not just any doctors office.
You may not want to hear this but maybe you shouldnt have sex if you cant A) use a condom B) afford contraceptive

and if so then yes all contraceptives are free
including the mourning after pill, also if you
can't get in the doctors fast enough go to
the store boots they hand it out free also to
people under a certain age and they gave it free
to my friend who is 19 so go for it don't leave it
It depends on the doctor; most doctors do keep free samples in the office, but I haven't heard of any carrying the morning after pill for free. I'm not sure how health insurance is in the country you live in (I live in the U.S.), but if your doctor writes a prescription, your health insurance may cover most of the cost.
Unless you have like medicaid, I doubt it. They might bill you, but I'm pretty sure you would need insurance or to pay up front
