tender stomach and discharge?!

i had a miscarriage a month ago. Two weeks ago i started having a burning sensation in my vagina. i don know whats goin on i had a pap smear and STD check where it was confirmed tht i was no longer pregnant and all my tests results were fine. i have not had unprotected sex since then. about two weeks from then i am now having upper stomach issues it feels tender and swollen and sometimes i feel nauseated. Its not horrible pain but it goes to my back sometimes too. i also have had diarrhea too. not alot tho. this mornin i went to the bathroom and noticed yellowish green discharge from my vagina mixed with blood. it had lumps in it tht looked identical to cottage cheese kind of like a yeast infection but i kno its not one unless i have tht too. (im late this mnth for my cycle) nd im also feeling discomfort down there. i have been having pain in my pubis that just now started a few days ago. but essentially i have no fever what so ever... and no i did not have a dnc nor a sonogram after my miscarriage, the doc jus pressed on my uterus and asked did it hurt in which i replied no. (i was 7 weeks preg.)but now i actually am having cramps on the side where my follopian tubes are located and pain in my pubis on the same side. but i am goin to the doc thursday but i wld love to have advice from others... PLEASE HELP!!!!
