I just got my period sUNday and I should take my sugar pills next week should I?!

I'm 22 years old been taking Birth Control for 5 months now this is my first time taking birth control. I'm taking birth control to regulate my period bc it stoped for 18 months and went to see my doc and she gave me birth control so I could get a period and regulate my cycle. So far since I started I have had a period all this months. So here is my question ok. I started week 3 Feb 13 on Sunday and I got my period that same day in the afternoon. My period normally last 4 to 5 days and I should start week 5 on Sunday which are the sugar pills should I take them and get another period or just start a new pack?
