How to put an end to my eating-disordered behaviors?!

Question: How to put an end to my eating-disordered behaviors?
I have an eating disorder not otherwise specified (or EDNOS) and I've had trouble with my weight as early as elementary school. I have gone from eating 100-300 calories a day to 5,000 calories a day and everywhere in between.
Now, I'm starting to read some books about recovery from an eating disorder because I have no insurance or money for a therapist or to go to a residential treatment facility.
I'm trying to stick to a healthy meal plan to make my weight balance (after I started bingeing, it never stopped) but it's really hard. I want to get my weight back in a healthy range, because the last 6 months I would binge almost every day and I gained quite a bit of weight, putting me health-wise into the overweight categorey.
For my meal plan, I never eat less than 1,200 calories a day, and try to not eat more than 1,500. I change my intake up to keep my metabolism guessing so I don't hit a plateau, and I've began to do a workout with circuit training and cardio.
That being said, the bingeing behavior is still there. I always feel the need to eat, even when I'm not hungry.
What can I do to stop these eating-disordered urges! I can't gain any more weight, I'm already overweight.
Someone, please give me some advice. It would be especially beneficial if you had knowledge of eating disorders or nutrition. Thank you.

Answers:

Eating disorders are really hard to try to fix by yourself. I would say seek professional help but you obviously can't but you should look into places and see if there's a treatment that fits your needs. Some places do that ya know. But if you're looking at getting healthy try eating only healthy foods. Plenty of grains, breads, fruits, veggies. You can always snack on veggies and fruits. Keep junk out of your house and drink plenty of water. I've struggled with my weight too kind of like yours but not as extreme. I've also had a friend who was anorexic and 2 friends who were bulimic and it wasn't fun but it helped me realize that we're beautiful just the way we are and to know how to help people in certain situations. I'm not saying what I told you is the best solution but it might help. Also, if you have a scale, get rid of it and if you have a full length mirror get rid of it. A bathroom mirror is fine but any other mirrors you should get rid of because they won't help you in overcoming this battle.
