Regardless of his race, you have very likely caught an STI. Time to go clinic I'm afraid... Many diseases are easy to clear up but you must find out which you have and take the medication accordingly.

but it's possible he had an STD so you must go to the doctors because that would be the only way to cure it, if not it will get worse and you could get very ill

ZOX M It sounds to me that you have a yeast infection, It can be cured by drinking cranberry juice and eating, Yogurt if this doesn't work then u should see a doctor, Good Luck
