how to make your breast grow ?!

I have the opposite problem. I try my best to conceal them, lol.
But I've heard of several ways to make them grow from my "less gifted" friends.

I heard that if you rub them, it spreads hormones around and causes them to grow, but you'd have to do that like... Regularly. And I don't know how true that is.

Also, apparently poppy-seeds make them grow. I don't know why.
I've also heard that if you put eye shadow (I think) lightly around your cleavage, it adds shadows and adds the illusion of making them larger. I don't know, good luck.

you cant really make them grow but breast firming exercises (google them) help to make them look bigger, you could try eating foods like oats, tofu, cinnamon or dried beans.... apparently they are meant to help your breast grow
but tbh you should just not be worried about what they think, it sounds cheesy but just be you! :P they probably wont notice because they'll be having FUN! :D

Well this is why you don't stuff your bra. There is nothing that will make your boobs grow. Only genes will do that. Guess you're just gonna have to come out or not go to any pool parties. You're too young for a boob job so good luck.

welll.. my mom once told me that if u do a certain exercise where u take ure arms and push ur boobs together...and then u say we must..we must.. we MUST INCREASE our bust.. did that help?
