Question: Why am i bleeding? Help please?
My period was due roughly around the 26th January.
I didn't start bleeding until the 3nd / 3rd February. This is kind of normal for me though, as my cycle varies every month.
I had a light period, lasting around 4 days.
Between then and now, i've had a few changes in my discharge. It's gone a little smelly.
This morning, I started bleeding again!
And I don't know why :(.
It's worrying me very much.
Do you think its just another light period?
Do think this is normal?
I had a HUGE AMOUNT of stress at the beginning of January. I have panic attacks most nights now. Do you think this has muddled up my cycle a bit?
Luckily, I have a routine STI check booked for Friday, I could talk to the nurse about it then.
Should I be majorly worried? Any advice or reassurance? Thankyou x

youre spotting which can be due to several things, including strees! try to remain calm and not worry about it. after a month if youre still spotting call a doctor or gynocologist and get checked out

Major stress can cause your body to do a lot of funny things. A few months ago I was so stressed I was actually admitted to the hospital for stroke-like symptoms. I would talk to the doctor about it when you go for a visit. They may suggest birth control to regulate your periods, if you're not already on it.
put a big plaster that should stop the bleeding......
