Question: 10 points for best answer ?
so if i was eating less than 1000 calories a day and my body naturally burns 1400 a day ,how long would it take for me to start losing weigh ?

p.s this is for my science case study not me ,so no lectures please

well this is no-where near scientific but it's a sorta fact

an average woman should eat about 2000 per day

so if you have at less than half of that, it might not make you very healthy because you do need weight to stay healthy

also you would lose weight gradually if you burn mre than you eat

however i would personally eat 2000 a day but exercise instead of strving yourself

You have to have a loss of 3000 cals to lose a lb. So if you naturally burn 1400 you're at a loss of 400 a day.
So in about a week you should have created a loss of 3000cals.
Even though this is for a science case study I would bump the cals up to about 1200, because it's not recommended to consume less than 1000 a day.
