Question: How Do I Deal With The Aftermath Of My Dramatic Weight Loss?
Ever hear someone tell a female, "Your face is SO pretty... if you only lost some weight,"?
Well I heard that my entire life! And now that it's happened, I've never felt uglier.
I was a 42DD at my highest weight of 245 (I'm 5'6"). Now that I've lost 105lbs, I can't even say I'm lucky enough to have pancakes, it's all loose skin, very "Zulu Hag". I just turned 31 and have no kids, but my body sure looks like I do..... =( How do you find a cup size for skin???? There's no $ even for a new WalMart bra. And a lot of the weight loss was due to stress and I can't even imagine what I'm deficient in now... but my 31 y/o skin seems to now have the elasticity of a 60 y/o HELP! COLLAGEN.... WHERE ARE YOU?!?!?! I bruise so easily and cuts take FOREVER to heal! My poor poor hair.... it used to be shiny and healthy, and now every wash in the shower is an emotional mess.... Just falling out and breaking... I have tried almost every "anti breakage" shampoo & conditioner I can find.... I feel as if I've aged a decade in a year..... Also, with the amount of skin around my upper thighs, I have to wear a size 12/14 pant even though my waist (under my belly "skin flap") and "knees down" are an 8/10. I feel awful. What do you do if you can't afford the skin removal surgery? Any advice would mean a lot!

I don't know, but I would think that if you lost weight due to stress that's one reason you have a ton of skin. You probably lost it fast and you weren't working out, so you have no muscle tone to take up the slack. Also probably the reason your hair is brittle and falling out. Stress, not weight loss.
So my advice is start working out, lifting weights and get some muscle. You won't look like a guy, trust me but you will firm up.
