Kegels are great exercises, but should be used in conjunction with other exercises and techniques. These exercises are especially helpful for women who have had children. They are easy to learn and perform, and produce marvellous results.

Do kegels exercise. You know the same muscle you use to hold your pee? Contract that muscle in and out. You can do it anywhere anytime and no one would ever know. You could start with holding it for 10 seconds and releasing. Do this for 5 minutes and then as time goes on you can gradually increase the amount of time you hold it for. Over time is makes the vagina tighter.

Pelvic floor exercises. Just squeeze as tho you're holding your wee - you dont have to be weeing at the time. Hold for a few seconds. Do that 5 times and repeat 3 times a day.
when your peeing, hold it mid stream. Then let go. Repeat over and over.
