There is no way you are pregnant. It physically impossible. When you start your periods it can take up to 5 years for your periods to regulate, so it is probably just your body sorting its self out. Your boobs are sore because they are probably growing!!!

Stop Panicing there is nothing wrong with you, it is perfectly normal.

You can't get pregnant unless you have sex, making out doesn't count. You are young and it's not uncommon to have irregular periods. If it is a big problem, and you are thinking of becoming sexually active, you may want to consider going on the pill. even if you are not planning on becoming sexually active, the pill will help regulate your cycle.

Because you a 14, your period has not settled into a normal pattern yet. this has to do with hormones and NOTHING to do with your diet. as you get older, your period WILL find a normal pattern to follow. you are not pregnant. al the other syptoms you are experiencing is just some things you go through with your period. YOU ARE NOT PREGNANT!!!

Stop stressing. Eat healthily. Use contraception - you are already playing with fire by not doing so. You are very very very unlikely to be pregnant. Your body has not adjusted properly to periods and it can several years before they become regular.

Hormones and your diet affect your period.
Eat healthier.
Chill.
