How do you know its heavy if its your first one? Wait a few months, it'll even out.

I can get lighter. In the first few years your body is trying to regulate so that means unpredictable period schedule and varying flows (heavy and light). Once your body is finally regulated to where you know when you are about to start, you will notice that your periods are around the same heaviness each time. All girls are different with their periods, some have really heavy and some have really light, some with bad cramps and PMS, some with barely any symptoms. It varies by person. But regardless, it is all normal. I don't think anyone can tell you whether you will have a lighter period as the months go by, you'll find out what is normal for your body later on. (: Oh and when you do have your period usually it does get lighter after you are on it for a few days. Mine lasts a week and its heavy the first three days and then it gradually gets lighter. Good luck!

This is totally normal. Most people have the same consistent type of period each month. One day It will be heavy maybe the next day not so much, it depends on how active you are how much you know, comes out....

Mine was hard. I had the stomach flu at the same time. It was HORRIBLE!!!!!
But Yours will be fine? I guess haha

Ibeprofin is the best!!!!!! 2 or 3

yes it is normal. usually after the first day or two of your period it is gonna be heavy even after the first one. hope i helped!
