This was the first time I had sex with this girl and I know she is not a virgin, but what does it mean if she bleeds during sex because I thought it was weird because I had never made a girl bleed before?

Either her period, or she has a sensitive vagina. It's not uncommon. If you find it to be a problem then see a doctor, or she should rather.
(And to comment on the "babies" reply above, if she's having her period, that means there's almost NO chance of conception. The egg should be ejected within the first few hours)
