Advice on teenage breast reduction?!

Question: Advice on teenage breast reduction?
Hey everyone. I'm an 18 year-old high school senior, and I have size 32DDD breasts. I weigh about 130 and I'm 5'5". I'm seriously considering getting a breast reduction. I haven't been able to run since about my freshman year due to my large breasts. As you can probably tell, they aren't exactly proportional to my body...I wear size 2 jeans. I feel uncomfortable with my large chest and it causes me a lot of shoulder and back pain. I also feel extremely out of shape and helpless as to do anything about it.

Questions are:
Does insurance cover it?
What's the recovery like? (time, pain, etc)
How noticeable are the scars? (I'm still very young and the overall physical appearance of the breasts is very important to me.)

Any other advice would be great as well! And please, no hateful or crude comments.

Thanks! :)

1. That really depends on the insurance company, some will because it's for health reasons and not cosmetic reasons.
2. The recovery is all dependent on the person, some people heal up much faster then others.
3. That is something the doctor will have to discuss with you. Not knowing how you scar, or your skin type, etc, it's hard to say how noticeable any scarring would be.

Remember to shop around when you are talking with plastic surgeons, don't always just go with the first one that you mean, make some appointments and talk with them what they do, how they would reduce and lift your breasts, and what sort of recovery they would expect.
