Question: I stay up ridiculously late and get up early often, HAVE I SCREWED MY GROWTH/BODY UP?!?
I'm a 15 year old girl, 5 feet and 4 inches. I get 6-3 hours of sleep per night 3 days a week. I've been doing this for 2 years, more often (like 3-5 days a week) for the past 6 months.
Have I screwed up my growth and body? If I start getting enough sleep from this point on, will I be able to normally grow?

Lack of sleep does stunt growth a little, but not significantly. Caffeine is far worse. Do you feel you are significantly shorter than your family members? If so, try to get more sleep, eat healthy, and avoid caffeine, including chocolate. You should grow just fine.
