Looseing weight, starving myself?!

Question: Looseing weight, starving myself?
Alright before i start i know i'm probably going to get lectures on
"oh no don't starve yourself not healthy!" and blah well i understand that
i'm smart enough to know i'm not going to starve myself to death, if i get actually hungry i'll eat something after reading like billions of other poeples answers i get it thanks though, it's just i'm fed up
with everything, being the person pushed on the side that noone really pays attention to
the "Chubby" girl ahah it's true they don't and it makes me look like i'm some sort of follower
cause my bestfriends are all pretty and crap and i'm just the token fatty lol
god, you don't even know how horrible it is, i never use to let it bug me i just brush it off.t the word "Chubby" dosen't even exsist anymore it's just the word "Fat" now, getting off topic anyways
i'm 16 years of age 11th grade i don't know my weight (dont even want to know) but i'm going to say around 170 but i'm 5'1 and ive started gaining so much weight during highschool it's sad.
i'm still going to continue this plan im going to do, the water diet and just eat fruits and yogurt and exercise but would starving myself just help the progress go even faster? yes?
a month ago all i did was sleep and it did shrink my stomach a little bit and i lost a few pounds
but i gained it all back i think, i started seeing my cheekbones but i still have a round chubby face
so i knew i lost something, just please give me a dead on answer on my diet plan or any other options you have. oh yes i got some curves going on if that helps
speaking of sleeping, what if all i did was sleep? thanks lots
oh yeah, and why am i so short? do you think its because of my genes or just of my weight?
if it is my weight is there a chance i could be taller? and how do i tone my body?
thank you! agian xxxox, sorry i'm asking for a bit much i just can't take it anymore.
i'm young can't blame me for living in this generation it grows on to me.

People will say things like it will screw up your metabolism and you'll actually gain weight and stuff but personally, starving myself DID work. It didn't send me into starvation mode or anything like that it just made me lose weight. Now that doesn't mean its something I would recommend. It's hell. I've struggled with eating issues for 5 years. You can say you will only do it for a while but it is addicting. You won't be able to stop. It's not worth it. Trust me.

you can loose weight but you have to ask more lengthy questions like above. Don't starve

I nearly died from this.

I am not saying don't do it, because its your life and your decision. But i wanted you to know that sometimes things go to far, your health will go downhill and eventually you will become someone who is truly unhappy with themselves. Starving yourself as i have learnt, brings nothing but hell. My body just started feeding on my heart for sustinance, i was in hospital for 2 months and in that time i had to gain my weight back.

So if want to loose weight, do it sensibly!! Go see a dietitian and talk to your doctor because they will give you the best plan you could hope for, and you will get results and be 100% safe.

I've totally been there! I mean dealing with an eating disorder.
First thing's first, your diet.
If you're looking to lose weight, stay away from fruit and yogurts. Fruits are just sugar. Vegetables will do so much more for you. And DON'T FORGET PROTEIN. Cheese and meat's are good for this. Stay away from yellow cheese though, it always has a higher fat content. Mozza is what I eat (about an ounce) for protein with snacks. and for meat, stay away from processed deli meats. BAKED meat is better than fried. Chicken BREASTS and turkey are low in fat and taste great. Also, remember portion control. The ounce is a great measure. Anyways, my point is that if you eat carbs you have to have some protein too. carbs are burned off fast by the body, therefore make you hungrier, faster. Protein takes a longer time for the body to metabolize and it will give you nutrients you NEED to help your body lose weight. It's all about balance. And don't SPOT EAT. Your body will hold onto fats more (because unfortuanatly they are important) because it doesn't know when it will get what it needs next. Starving yourself doesn't work and is extremly unhealthy. (but you knew that)
Sleep is good for you, but too much sleep can be damaging like any other thing. 8-9 hours i find is best. Don't skimp out on sleep either though. That will make you gain weight.
And if you're looking to lose weight you have to, and i mean HAVE TO do some physical activity. Even if its walking for 30 minutes (at a relatively fast pace) 4 or 5 days a week, in time it'll show.

Hope I helped?!

Just to address the issue of starving your body of calories: this will send your body into starvation mode, in which your metabolism slows to a crawl and your body holds onto all the fat cells it can. Feeding your body sufficiently (1100-1500 calories for most people wanting to lose weight) and burning off calories through exercise is going to boost your metabolism and keep you burning calories even when you're sitting around. Starvation just sends you into a state of disequilibrium and you most likely will spring back from starving and binge, which is just as much of a shock to your system.
