There is a lot of over the counter painkillers that are specifically for period pain - try one of those. Like Panadol.

When it is that time of the month, make sure you're relaxed. Take a nice warm bath, get a hot wattle bottle for your belly (helps ease cramping pains) and sometimes even exercising helps!

Be conscious of what you eat too - eating "heavy foods" can make you more bloated and feel yuckier - Try eating light stuff like a salad or something like that to ease your belly.

When you are older, some doctors may recommend you go on the contraceptive pill to ease some symptoms - but its up to you and your family as to whether thats a suitable option for you. :)

hope that helps!

Try either Midol or Pamprin if you're in the US. Both of these medications contain acetaminophen for pain, caffeine for fatigue, and a diuretic to ease bloating. They are both OTC and you can get both at Wal-Mart. There are also different types of each (the main difference is the type of pain reliever), so be sure to read the labels carefully. If you're not having any crazy amount of symptoms, regular Midol or Pamprin should do the job just fine.

Aleeve! (however it's spelled). I've been home since monday with horrible cramps. Went to the doctors yesterday and she told me from now on to take it the night before I think I'm gonna get it. Still home today but it helped a lot yesterday when I first took it. I recommend trying it :)

I'm 17

There is no magic pill for it all. You may being a minor go to your local pharmacy and get free advice or recommendations. They no more then just pushing pills across the counter and the advice is free.
