Burning when urinating and a lot of discharge?!

Question: Burning when urinating and a lot of discharge?
About a week ago I went to the GYN for just a normal check-up. She said everything was fine except for the fact I had a slight yeast infection. So I've been taking these meds for a little more than a week now and during this time I started my cycle. I hadn't had sex in 3 or 4 weeks, but on Valentine's Day I did. So since yesterday I've had really heavy discharge that soaks through my underwear and a really bad burning when I urinate. It can't be a yeast infection because I'm still wrapping up my yeast infection meds. I'm trying to wait to go to the doctor because I just went less than two weeks ago, but I'm afraid I'll have to because the burning every time I use the bathroom is almost unbearable. What should I do?

You could have gotten a UTI, they are quite common but to be sure call your ob/gyn and set up a follow up appointment. Until then, be sure to drink plenty of water, wear cotton underwear (to allow moisture to be released) and drink a glass of cranberry juice everyday. I hope that you feel better.

The same thing happens to me after I have sex. Burning discharge. Did he ejaculate in you? That could be why you have so much discharge. If I let my boyfriend ejaculate inside and don't pee afterwards it'll run out of u all day and seem like discharge. But for me it stops after a day or two the burning and discharge. If it doesn't stop after about 3-5 days something is wrong and you should go to the doctor rather than letting it get worse

It sounds like a blather infection. you can prevent this by peeing directly after sex.
I always get it when I don't pee afterwards.

you can try and use home remedies like drinking cranberry juice.
But it might go away faster if you do go to the doctor and get some antibiotics.
