Please no ads, real answers only....daily vaginal bleeding help!?!

Question: Please no ads, real answers only....daily vaginal bleeding help!?
Hi. What could cause the following?
I am 26 years old. For the past 2 or 3 months I've noticed that after my period ends and my husband and i have sex, we find blood on us, red not brown. The vaginal bleeding continues for days and days very light. Sometimes only see it when i wipe and other times its in panties with discharge(brown mucousy). This bleeding or spotting may very well last until my next period but i havn't kept record yet. This is the first time I really payed attention. This last period ended 9 days ago and I'm still spotting with the discharge. I haven't had sex in a week. What could this be? I do have an IUD. It's been in for over a year now with no probs so far unless its the cause of this....what do you think?
I am going to see my doctor. I just want to be prepared for possibilites. Thanks

It could be a number of different problems, infection, the IUD could be aggravating your cervical area, Endometriosis, and there are other possibilities that your doctor will discuss with you.

While I'm not going to be able to answer your question about the bleeding, I wanted to inform you about the stupid ad links you get when you ask a question here.

The vast majority of these are posted by spambots. Computer programs that search Y!A and post meaningless answers telling you to visit a website or try a certain medication. (Most of which have nothing to do with your question.)

Simply report them as spam, and the answer will go away. If enough people report them, the fake profile used by them goes away too.

Good luck at your doctor's visit!
