Can I go swimming if I have thrush?!

Question: Can I go swimming if I have thrush?

I was prescribed diflucan tablets yesterday & Canesten cream. I feel better today, but its not completely gone yet. Would swimming aggravate this anymore? I dont wana miss my aqua aerobics class!

should be fine just dry yourself well after and then reapply cream
