Hurts pulling my tampon out?!

Question: Hurts pulling my tampon out?
Okay, so this is embarassing, but true. It does hurt, like, really bad. I am 14 and have had my period 2 years in July. I used tampons my last period about a month ago, and i'm on day 2 of this months. (i dont really have a regular system yet, though. i was about a week and a half late) but anyways...I have used them before and they hurt getting out, too. I know the very first time, i was talking to my friend and she told me to take it out and put a new one in because it was very uncomfortable. so i did, and that hurt, but i had had it in for less than a half hour. and then, this week so far, I have had yesterday and today. i know that they are fully absorbed because when i finally do get them out, they are completely filled with blood and even a little soaked through to my liner. I use lights and i have it in for 9 hours. and i know it's an hour over, but right now, i use a mirror because i don't know how to do it without one yet, and i'm NOT taking a mirror to school! haha. I put it in at about 7AM before i get on the bus, and take it out at about 4PM, when i get off the bus. but anyways, does anyone know why it hurts so bad?
-9 hours, should be full, and it is
-Lights
-soaks through to liner.

anything else?

I don't know, maybe it's the wrong angle, but i don't know what would be the right angle?

can anyone help?
and if i would need to see a doctor, i might as well stop using them, because i wont be doing that. it's too embarassing to me.

also, my stomach hurts a lot, more with a tampon, but it still hurts without one. should i take some ibuprofin right before school and when i get off the bus and before bed?
So thank you!

If you take ibuprofen before you go to be and when you get up it should ease the stomach pain.
If you don't push it up far enough it can be uncomfortable and also painful when sitting down.
The longer you leave your tampon in the bigger it's going to get so the harder it will be to pull out.

honey stop the tampons and use a pad

I could be the angle try squatting while inserting to make so it goes straight up and squat again when removing it (don't bear down) just relax and genitally pull till it slides out. also 8 hrs is the MAXIMUM recommended time you should leave in a tampon in if you are sensitive to the chemicals in tampons you are at a heightened risk for TSS (toxic shock syndrome). I understand that you are worried about having to change your tampon at school you may want to try the tampons that don't have an applicator. they come wrapped in plastic and you simply use your finger to push it in place. it's more messy then the applicators but easier to control and may not lead to discomfort you have been having. and this should not be to embarrassing to go to the doctor for you can request a female gyno this is your health don't be silly about it.

First, leaving a tampon in for 9 hours is seriously putting you at risk for tss. Read that little insert that comes in every box of tampons.

If they hurt, don't wear them. simple.

You may be using the wrong size, or not be placing it correctly. Again that little folded up piece of paper has great diagrams for how to properly insert and remove tampons.

The only time I have ever had a tampon hurt is if I removed it before it was fully absorbed. and it shouldn't actually hurt. only feel uncomfortable.

Try a smaller size. And please do not sleep with a tampon in al night, or leave one in for that long of a period of time. that can really harm your body.

Maybe tampons are just not right for you. You don't have to use them. There are other alternatives.
