i have been getting a crazy amount of headaches lately..why :/?!

Many reasons for the cause of a headache.!
1.) You are undergoing a series of stressful moments in your life.!
2.) You bumped your head really hard and had no idea.!
3.) Not enough sleep.
4.) You have been jumped out of your sleep.!
5.) Suffered trauma to the head as a child and now it came back.!
6.) Depression
7.) Lack of oxygen
8.) Allergies or head cold
9.) Over active nerves
10.) Blood vessel constriction
11.) Loud noises
12.) Carbon monoxide inhalation
13.) Food poisoning

Ways of curing headaches vary, such as drinking hot ginger tea, to taking pills (not 2 frequent), goods nights rest, relaxation, less straining of the ears, and not sweating the small stuff. If they worsen talk to your docter.

u may need glasses. n it wuld help if u have ur period or not
