Ovulation makes me moody, sensitive, and tired...why?!

Question: Ovulation makes me moody, sensitive, and tired...why?
I was really positive, and happy a few days ago. I am now clearly ovulating (it is about 12 days after my period, and I also have some cramping). I am wondering if you can tell me why my mood has gone bad. I find everything wrong with my life now that I am ovulating. Can hormones have this much of an impact? I am also very tired, have more stomach upset, and am more nauseous. Can ovulation affect someone this much? What can I do to help myself feel better? Thanks.

Answers:

It's normal to feel so during ovulation.

You have what you call Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) (also called PMT or premenstrual tension) is a collection of physical and emotional symptoms related to a woman's menstrual cycle. It quite normal for all ladies to go through this period.
