Question: Am I going to grow anymore?
I'm a 14 year old girl.
I weigh about 100 pounds.
I'm 5"2.25.
I got my period when I was 11.
My dad is 6"0 and my mom is 5"6.
My biggest growth spurt was when I grew 2 inches in a year. I've been 5"2 for about half a year now.
I have small hands and small feet (size 3); I heard that growth spurts start at the hand and feet area which is why I mentioned that.
Am I going to get any taller? Or hit another growth spurt? I really want to be 5"6/5"7. Plus I've been having sensations for tons of stretching every day for the past month. Is that a sign of growing? Please Help! Thanks!

Every one is different, so I would guess you have a little more to grow,16 is about the prime time for a growth spurt.
It all depends on the individual. Given you age and your parents height you should get a little taller at least. I had my last growth spurt when I was 16 and I stand 3 inches taller than my mom now. I don't remember what a growth spurt feels like but my little cousin has been having them and they seem to be super painful.
