Because of the prostate gland, it is really hard for a guy to pee when he has an erection. I supposed it is possible for him to pee after ejaculation, but before pulling out completely. Even if he managed to start peeing, it would slip out rather quickly if he is not erect. Unless he has a problem with his prostate gland it would be next to impossible with a full erection.
A more common cause of vaginal infection from sex is the introduction of bacteria from a dirty penis or another possibility is that sperm reduces the acidity of the vagina which allows the vaginal flora to become unbalanced.
If this is a consistent problem she should make him wear a condom during sex. She could also make sure that she cleans her anus before sex because a guy could inadvertently rub penis around the anus while trying to insert in to the vagina and transfer an infection that way. Another thing that that could help is by using a vinegar and water douche. That will help restore the acidity in her vagina and help reduce infections from getting out of control.

This so called friend of yours just pulled your chain big time. As popular as it may seam when a man gets an erection he most often has to pee the morning wood as it is often called. During a time like this yes he can in fact mange to go pee but during the throes of sex it is virtual imposable for him to do this. There is like a check valve that close of the track and only allows the seaman to flow after intercourse then yes he can go again. But not during the act of sex. Now if he was playing around and just our right peed on her and somehow got some inside her. Pee upon leaving the body is clean it is after it hits the air does it become contaminated. I don't think she has anything to worry about. How many people have been peed on when they change a diaper on a child boy or girl. Often times a little boy will drown you.
