Im 17 and already in a C cup are they still growing?They hurt so bad ever since last month

Can you be pregnant? That was the biggest symptom I had.
They most likely are still growing, im 16 and get this even when im not on my period,
its like a sharp shooting pain that lasts like 6 seconds, and it comes and goes.
Ive read, that your breasts grow till your like 18. Or upto 4 years after your first period starts.
On the other hand if you have recently had sexual intercourse you could be pregnant.
