How does birth control help migraines?!

I don't have an actual medical answer for you but it does help.
I suffer from severe migraines and was even on a seizure medicine for them because no migraine medicine was strong enough. THe seizure medicine stopped working after awhile and when i went on birth control, my migraines went away

It is worth a shot if you suffer from migraines. Birth control would have the least side effects of them all. I suffer from migraines. I have taken birth control for about 6 years in the past. It did not do a thing to help my migraines. I am still trying to find something that does help. I think migraine treatment is sort of a guessing game for doctors, and it is very frustrating.
