Yes, I always wear pantie under the swim suit unless my swim suit do not have in-built undercover. . Some time my swim suit is semi transparent or it looks so once get wet with water and pubic area or hairs may be visible. Secondly, when you swim, you may not be so much careful but others may notice this more so if you are in a common swimming pool. Precaution may save you being taboo.
