I am on microgynon 30 and have been for the past 9 months. However, i first started taking the pill outside of my period, and now start every new packet on a tuesday meaning when on my 7 day break, i come on my period at weekend. This is frustrating as my boyfriend usually stays over every weekend. I'd like to change the day i start taking my pill so i come on during the week, i'm currently 2 days into my 7 day break, so i havent come on yet, can i change the day now by starting my new packet 2 days after i usually would (ie. i usually start new packet on tuesday, but i start this new packet on a thursday, 2 days into the break)?? I'm aware that if this is possible, i would need to use another form of contraceptive for the next 7 days.

You can start your new pack earlier or later if you want it won't hurt and that way you will get your withdrawal bleed on a different day. Remember to use condoms for 7 days to be on the safe side if you have more than a 7 day break.
You can take 2 packs back to back if you like and have no bleed. Many women do this and just have a withdrawal bleed every other month. Its perfectly OK to do that too.

You have answered your own question. It would be fine to start your next pack 2 days late and then use extra precautions until you are 7 days into the pack.
